caused the hdd to become full, the ftp transfer failed and I accepted
that there just wasn't enough space for it on my ubuntu machine, so I
deleted the file and shut down the PC.

AFAICS this is the same as #421606 in debian and got fixed in 0.16.3-8.
Ubuntu/Feisty is still at 0.16.3-6.
The bug in debian has been tagged as "grave" - I'd consider a similiar severity

Hi. I'm using Edgy and I tried editing the Genre of a particular mp3 and

Yes, This has also happened to me on a Dell Inspiron 8100 laptop.
This (Suspend) & (Hibernate) are very important features on a laptop.
Please address this ASAP. Current workaround is to (from within
Synaptic) to FORCE a downgrade and LOCK the old version.
