I totally agree with Sergio, this bug is really bad. I suggest a
solution: put on the cd only the human theme, and when a user changes
his icon theme for the first time, make ubuntu download the entire theme
from the internet. This would be more coherent than having an incomplete
support to tango.
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. Now that the final version of Feisty Fawn is available we were

I've made an experiment: downloaded and burned i386 version of Feisty,
booted from CD and magic happened! CompactFlash mounted perfectly! I've
attached corresponding dmesg part. So what are your suggestions? Is it a
packaging problem?

I'm having this after recording 2 DVDs on a TSSTcorpCD/DVDW TS-H552B.
The first burns ok but when writing the next DVD the system slows to a
crawl. I was able to pin point the issue to hald-addon-storage and also
get those kernel errors, but it is hald-addon-storage that slows the
system down.
