It stopped working also for me. I use a pinnacle serial ir sensor, using pinsys
driver.
Once I downgraded lirc packages it restarted working.
The new version don't give any error, it simply doesn't work. irw shows

This has fixed my issue of the Scanning not working on my HP PSC 1315v
so that I don't have to modify the models.dat file, which actually is
mentioned in the fixes in 1.7.2.

Nvu has not changed names as such. A new project called Kompozer has
started looking at fixing the bugs in the Nvu codebase. Nvu has been
removed from Ubuntu since it was removed from Debian, but Kompozer
hasn't made an appearance in either yet.

it happens when :
- my gnome-panel is locked and full
- I run aMule, go into "Preferences", and check "Activate the icon in the
taskbar"
then the panel doesn't resize correctly, and the icon of aMule is partly
hidden.

How to fix and confirm the problem.

I obtained the same result on a laptop on which I updated almost
flawlessly Edgy with Feisty Beta. This time the wireless card is a
Broadcom and I was able to remove ndiswrapper and use bcm43xx driver;
but the connection never starts at boot, I have to ifdown eth1 then ifup
eth1 to get connection w
All the logs are 0 except the dpkg.log which is of 219 KB as well as
lastlog which is of 30 KB hence uploading both of them. Also the timings
are all screwed up but tht's another matter altogether.

Can you check that you're definitely using XV output in gxine and
mplayer? Other outputs such as X11, OpenGL, etc. shouldn't have this
problem. What about totem-gstreamer, can you see if it's still too
bright with that?

Another thing I forgot to add, one time the Software sources thing
crashed yesterday & the launchpad integration sent a bug report with the
Stacktrace & everything but there was no transaction no. or anything I

In firefox, it happens when saving a image.
As I noticed, not all the directory switching actions will trigger the
bug. The current directory (location before you switches) should
contain some individual files of a certain type, then when switching
action happens, the filename is replaced by the
