Yesterday I try to figure out why it happens.
If I change View -> Message Body As -> Simple HTML(or Plain Text) everything
works fine, just black and white. I used "Original HTML" and how I understand
Thunderbird try to show colors or some specific HTML code and it cause crash.

I see this as well. There are other visual glitches lately in the terminal, but
as it has not changed in quite some time X or other packages may be causing it.

worked but today after the upgrade and mostly Xorg and other pkgs. Evolution
wont show up except for in the taskbar. This only occurs when starting

Okay, I have removed my .fonts.conf and issued
fontconfig-voodoo -f -s zh_CN
instaed to activate Chinese fonts (this sets a symlink from
/etc/fonts/language-selector.conf to
/usr/share/language-selector/fontconfig/zh_CN). Still, the result is nearly the
same. The only difference is that Sans-Ser

I still can't reproduce this myself. I tried selecting 'Epson' for the
manufacturer, then selecting the first model in the list and holding
down the down-arrow key until the last model was selected. 'Printer',
'PPD', and 'Driver' buttons were all set, and I tried with
LC_ALL=ru_RU.UTF-8.

I have the same problem like Michael with all fonts other than "Sans
serif", "Serif" or "Monospace", which have specific name. And my
locale is en_US.UTF-8 currently.
Actually the problem is quite like in Edgy: you _have to_ use qtconfig
to assign Chinese font for those "specific" fonts, like Bits
correction of the previous comment.. I did have gnome and not kde, but I
did not find a way to edit my own comment.

By looking at your cpuinfo attachment, it seems that the ondemand is
working (or were you using powernowd at the time?).
I noted in your list of modules that you are using the
speedstep_centrino module: this has been deprecated and its
functionalities have been moved into the acpi_cpufreq driver.
I confirm this problem, it affects DVB as well as DivX videos. However,
I think it is not a problem of kaffeine as it affects mplayer too. Video
playback with "auto" video driver with xine-ui and "gl" driver in
mplayer gives a kind of interlaced image where each scan line is "moved"
with respect to

SD cards were being recognised with Edgey but the 7.04 beta has
regressed.
I use a Thinkpad60S.
The device lights up when a card is installed but the card does not
appear on the desktop.

I noticed that some of the songs I removed from my iPod ended up in the
Trash Can, so their space was not freed until I emptied the trash bin.

Dmitry, can you try launching system-config-printer from a terminal, and before
that run export LANG=en_US.UTF-8 to see if it is specific to the Russian locale?
Also what kind of printer protocol did you choose to get to the crasing dialog
