I have added the following to /etc/default/bluetooth:

test system is HP pavilion notebook N5472
1Ghz Intel Celeron CPU
256MB RAM
20GB Hitachi HDD
md5sum for the iso checks out OK. I have burned the iso twice, once a
"Exec format error" indicates a problem reading from the CD. This is
generally due to a faulty CD/DVD disk or drive, rather than being an
installer bug as such. It may help to clean the CD/DVD, to burn the
CD/DVD at a lower speed, or to clean the CD/DVD drive lens (cleaning
kits are often available

The wep password is stored in the gnome-keyring and it must be unlocked.
If your login password is the same as your gnome-keyring one, you should

Hi,
Since Feisty I cannot turn off my wireless, using the /power/state or the
rf_kill method. Indeed, both files are reported to be unwritable.
I am using an Asus centrino laptop with ipw2200. I think this wireless
device is supposed to support the rf_kill method.

It does not work with:
pci=bios
pci=nobios
pci=conf1
pci=conf2 (lspci just produces no output)
pci=noacpi

This bug also affects CUPS in the Feisty beta (2007-03-25).

It is strange that the rf_kill method is not supported... I have
ipw2200 too (and an asus centrino) and they are supported. Are you
sure?

Hmm. At least some of this appears to be because dash doesn't support
64-bit arithmetic, so it does something like 100 * 20 /
64 and gets 0, which is obviously wrong. I'll look at
workarounds.

problems with 32 apps (firefox 2.0.3 and thunderbird 2.0 beta). 64 bit
version of Firefox works well. The 32 bit version works if I use the ip
