I filed this bug ages ago and no one respond!
If this is what the Ubuntu developer calls support then I will no longer take
my time to file bug reports because it will be ignored at the end anyway!

Just one comment rezound does not comile on edgy? Configure runs smooth but
make stops after a while with an unexpected error.
I had no problems compiling rezound under Zenwalk current and I runs ok.
On Ubuntu the rezound package and the rezound source package are simply crap!

lsusb produces no output and dmesg has nothing related to mouse events
or usb. I can't see any relevant output in dmesg.
Also, I purchased a new video card [from ATI X300 to nVidia 7600GT] and
this is no longer a problem. Now I have no net, but I will fix that
since i can use the mouse.

Mine crashed as well. I dropped a "Windows Mail" .eml file in the main

I am not sure if this helps or not, but I ran "gdb" on the openoffice in
Ubuntu 7.04 Beta ( /usr/lib/openoffice/program/soffice.bin with the
parameters -norestore -writer ) and produced a backtrace.

I'm using command-not-found 0.2.3, but it also occurs with all the
earlier version I've seen. Anything that triggers c-n-f will cause that
to be output, whether it finds something that has a matching package or
not.
After looking, I just noticed that somehow my user has a gid of 500, but
