The question has been resolved now, langpacksize now takes those
packages into account, and the current seeds do not ship any non-English
translations for now. Tomorrow (when we'll have new live images) I'll
add language packs as they fit, including necessary input support.

What is this .desktop file supposed to do? It looks like it's trying to
be a link to the tomboy plugins directory - which would be entirely
pointless.
The file in question reads:

The day before yesterday, I upgraded to Dapper. There were a couple
issues, but booting and logging in went fine. So yesterday, I decided
to upgrade to Edgy rather than fix the problems I had with Dapper.

Ok there is a new kernel 2.6.20-10.6 first it says something about bios
bug on the very first screen, before the ubuntu logo and bar, and then
just stops when loading mannul drivers and kernel modules even with
noapic so ... have to use 2.6.20-9.6 for now

I'm marking this bug as Fix Released. The LILO configuration module only
appears if lilo-config is installed. The kdeadmin package doesn't depend
on lilo-config, so it won't get installed automatically unless kdeadmin
is installed with recommends.
