With epiphany 2.17.92 on AMD64 the cursor re-drawing is faulty. When typing
some text
and then going back on the line with the cursor pipe symbol isn't
properly removed.

Hmm. Sometimes old BIOSes can't boot files past the 1023rd cylinder.
What can happen is that initially after the install, all the data needed
by grub to boot falls below that limit. However it could be that after

I am understanding that you have the bcm4306, if so you dont need
ndiswrapper and can use the bcm43xx module from the 2.6.20.1 kernel.

logfiles itself, not logrotate. This is because logrotate is no longer
part of the default installation.

I test for rmvb and mp3 files,mp3 works ok for all,but play rmvb with no
sound for all.
But when yesterday my system upgrade,some of rmvb can play with sound,but

But I could boot it again by simply using an older version of grub
_without_ any change to the disks. Additionaly my root is entierly above
cyl. 1023 as you can see here:

Hi, I did the whole procedure again. This time I could switch from
gnome-terminal to geany once using gimmie, the next time it crashed.
After I did `(gdb) thread apply all bt full' and arrived at another

As this problem also shows up when using the command line tools of

I found what seems to be a bug in resolvconf. to specify static dns
servers for a netiface, you can add the following to
/etc/network/interfaces:
iface eth1 inet static
name faraway
address 200.69.231.1
netmask 255.255.255.252
broadcast 200.69.231.3
gateway 200.69
Seems to work for me here. Setting the date to June 1, 1997 as a test
case worked. 2006/06/08 (date this was filed) works as well. Considering
how long this has sat open with no attention, and my inability to
reproduce the problem, I'm going to close the bug report.

had in GNOME and the mousecursor are still displayed, but nothing else. I can
