Two quick comments: 1) the attached diff doesn't have the necessary ` ,
so INTERFACES won't get set properly, but more importantly,
2) INTERFACES is set in exactly this way in /etc/acpi/suspend.d/55-down-
interfaces.sh

Similar problem. I have a music player that acts as a usb vfat storage.
It is now mounted with root rights only so I cannot change its contents.
I have an edgy eft laptop besides this feisty box and it works fine. On
edgy it mounts as /media/usbdisk, on feisty it mounts as /media/disk
(which is we
comfirming as a libgksu problem. I tried various combinations of
versions of gksu and libgksu. Downgrading libgksu to 1.9.8 fixes the
problem (with latest gksu). Higher versions don't work.

1. The fsck option is set not only for fat/fat32 partitions, but also for
NTFS partitions as well!

When I open my Desktop, either from the Places menu, or my opening it
from Home, sometimes Nautilus will start hanging (CPU at 100%, pro

Hmmm, I downloaded both sources (for 0.1-17ubuntu3 and 0.1-17ubuntu5)
and the only diff are in debian/{changelog,control} – still, installing
the 0.1-17ubuntu5 .deb breaks the volume popup, while reverting to
0.1-17ubuntu3 brings it back. I’m a bit at a loss here.

instances crashed (expectedly) and apport crashed a little later.
