does make ubuntu sexier ;) Good work.
Fix works here for the color issue (1920x1200, usplash.conf set to
640x480). But the progress bar is not centered and slightly to the right
(about 50 pixels I guess). Should I split that into

something changed or (more likely) I've just made some mistake the first

The version included in Edgy (1.4.3) doesn't have this problem, though I
can also confirm it affects the 1.4.5 version for Edgy.

improvements in this area. Please re-open if you still see this on
Feisty.
One remaining quirk is that running 'orca --help' kills an existing Orca

I'm using sshd and ssh in my local network. Take a look at my
screenshot. After some files are copied, the prozess stops and ETA goes
up and up.
On the other hand when coping the files first from dvd to my pc hd and
starting to transfer the files from there, it works perfectly to the
end.

I've seen this in the past but not recently. In any case it would be
related to starting at-spi, not Orca. We did have some at-spi-registryd
issues that have since been fixed, so i6t could be that. (I have seen
this more lately with turning on and off Beryl though :) )

I keep all of my music and media on a partition separate from the one on
which /home lives. Unfortunately, Amarok downloads podcasts to
~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/podcasts, and there is no way to make it dump
them in another directory. The unhappy
