Really I don't know if it's the same problem. I had more firefox pages
opened, a peer to peer application (started with wine) and openoffice (or
Abiword, I can't remember) opened too. I can't say more, I'm not a Linux

As I have already said I fixed the problem simply by turning off the Windows
XP firewall, so I think it must be some sort of port issue. Suse works fine
with the fire wall ON!

for the CD. It runs the Detecting Hardware progressbar and the just

I have created a patch that adds support for launchpad-integration.
Obviously, such a feature would be more appropriate here than in the
upstream package.
I created the patch against the 'glade-3_3.1.4.orig.tar.gz' source
tarball.

While I understand that your experiencing the opposite, what is the same
is that after a fresh install that option does not work in the way that
you mentioned.
I can confirm this as a bug and reproduce it.
To reproduce:
1) Freshly install or upgrade Firefox
2) Click Edit > Preferences on the men
If I remember correctly I built it and installed it. I never got it
working. However, I found a working binary here: http://

Updated today - desktop-effects allows me to try out compiz - the whitescreen
issue is gone :-) But compiz only manages 3/4 of the screen, the right side
isn't
managed somehow.
