I can confirm this. But, please consider dupe-ing your bug to the one
you mentioned and posting a comment mentioning that this affects groups
too. This really is the same problem with the "Show All" checkbox being
removed.

You are right, I copied sources.list from other Ubuntu system and I can
install libbluetooth1-dev package now. This report can be closed.
I corrupted my sources.list in the past when I did manual modification
