Whoops... I'm deeply sorry, Sebastien. I did use the beryl repos, but
removed them ages ago, so I didn't remember that libwnck could have been
not from feisty itself.
Closing.

Hey Sebastien,
I'm using Feisty, with totem 2.17.3, and the issue has been resolved
here.

Well, that's a different architecture and experience is that it has
different issues. (At least with v2xx, it used to make a difference
how the memory was installed.)

sorry for the unverbose sync request. The package in ubuntu does not
have any local changes. In debian, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=401180 has been fixed, which is considered RC.
Therfore, please sync 1.0.4-1 from debian/unstable

Kristian: we all fixed that ourselves, I personally am worried for
newbies who will just not understand why e.g. google earth is unusable
on their system, and will trash ubuntu. Many of them will trash
GNU/linux "in toto", because ubuntu is nowadays advertised as the "best
and easiest to use" linux

I've just run into this too, and can also confirm that using bash
instead seems to allow rpmstrap to work correctly (I made a copy earlier
on my path than /usr/bin and changed the #! line to "#!/bin/bash").
