1. I've attached my Xorg.0.log generated when no frequencies are
specified. This is the case where the 1024x768 resolution is not
available, only a maximum of 800x600.
2. I tried booting with the Edgy LiveCD as per your instructions and
discovery
dangit... check this... if I boot with the option in the grub menu.lst
it doesn't, but when I simple go to edit the boot option and don't edit
it... just goto the line and press e then enter then b it work. Talk
about a weird error.

When I try to connect to a WebDav directory using Gnome/Nautilus, I get
repeatedly prompted for a password 3 or 4 times and then I eventually
connect ok. Every time I try to change directories, it works, after I
cancel the password dialog 3 or 4 more times.

This is strange. If I startup Dapper with eth0 deactivated and rausb0
activated I get no link over the DLINK dwl-g122 using the driver
mentioned above. The interface is up but I have got no IP from the DHCP

After the Ubuntu loading screen, the screen goes black.
