I've re-install every thing from scrach ubuntu using
apt-get install vlc mozilla-plugin-vlc
My firefox does not crash any more.
initially, i've downloaded the .deb files and install then using
gdebi...

Sorry Alexander for the delay of my answer. I'm quiet busy for the past
two weeks.
