I see no change in the "symptoms" after I've added "irqpoll" to the end of the kernel line, assuming I've added it at the right place. It appears that the kernel line takes up 2 lines, and I added irqpoll to the end of the second line. Since you didn't say to do so, I didn't run the lspci
