Right, the time zone selector in the GNOME panel should have all the
big cities. However, in tzdata there is only ever one

In China, there are only two time zone which are Asia/Beijing and
Asia/Urumuqi, but no Asia/Shanghai or Asia/Chongqing, it's weird.
