I have given up fighting scanning on PCs using 18.04. It is easier to
reboot the PC to windows, do the scanning from windows and use Ext2
volume manager to send the files back to the drives used by Ubuntu.
Devices and software (PDF Studio Pro) that worked very well under 16.04
don't work under 18.
You are asking me to report a problem with a PC that is not the same as
I use for my email. How should I handle?
