Attempted to correct this problem by editing
org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences.gschema.xml and recompiling. For
action-middle-click-titlebar this more-or-less works. The schema
compiler requires that an alias not be the same as its target, so it is
necessary to use an alias that is only similar to
