I'm not able to reproduce the bug as I don't have such a card, but
there's a patch available, and should be better to try it before closing
the bug report.

Some of the GLX stuff _was_ context-dependent, since the code doesn't
mark FBConfigs as mipmap-aware unless the EXT_framebuffer_object
extension is supported
Confirmed for 9800m gts. Also causes system freeze if mipmaps are on in
Static Application Switcher and Application Switcher
