i can reproduce something similar on quantal by right click on a
launcher item during workspace .. it doesnt open the quicklist, but when
you select a workspace it opens it as soon as the workspace is in focus
.. thats fine i guess .. who would want to right click an item during
workspace right? bu

steps to trigger it it's going to be hard to debug
