of the crash. That's likely a duplicate of bug #85776, it happens
randomly and getting a debug log is non trivial

I've installed valgrind and some updates (included some gnome packages),
I've restarted my computer and gnome-panel doesn't crash anymore.
Do you still need valgrind's informations ?

Could you try to get a valgrind log for it (you can follow the
instructions from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind for that)?
