Hey,
Ok what I did was on the computer with the current graphics problem (a little
different than yours, I could use my computer), I uninstalled the Unity
package. I can't remember exactly which one I clicked in the synaptec package
manager. It ended up uninstalling: libunity-core-5.05-5, libuni
Or even better yet, what exact package did you uncheck after your fresh
install in the update manager? I'm new to linux trying to get a handle
on it. I'll do a fresh install, uncheck that package and see if it works
for me also. Thanks!
