Considering npm 1.2 now uses node-gyp to deal with build scripts,
i propose it is node-gyp that should depend Recommends build-essential, not npm.

modifications:
* Version 1.1.4~dfsg-1ubuntu1 instead of 1.1.4~dfsg-2

Hi guys. g++ and make are not really enough, you really want build-
essential.
Anyhow, if this is to be an Ubuntu change, then the target of the diff
must be 'quantal' instead of 'unstable' and the version would be 1.1.4
~dfsg-1ubuntu1.
