All the lspci outputs are identical.
The drives did not work if the system was booted while undocked, or if
the base's undock button was used.
If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that docking the laptop should be
triggering an ACPI:docking event and it's not. There might also be a
problem of whe

Note that the dmesg includes a connect/disconnect from the mediabase
somewhere in there, and the lspci was taken with the laptop undocked.
When I next have access to the mediabase (about 10h from no) I'll attach
another lspci.
I'm pretty sure it won't show anything of interest, but we'll see.
