Google Calendar broken : Unable to create calendar object : The calendar

This problem exists with all Google calendars. If you create the event
in the web then it will sync OK, however, if you create the event via
Evolution then the aforementioned bug occurs. It appears you don't have
to restart Evolution for the item to appear, just exit out of the error
and refresh
