this is related to a bug in 46 bit kernel, as you can see in
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42977.
This issue is not solve, but there is a workaround, adding "nox2apic" to
Linux boot.
I change /etc/default/grub from
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX
