Thanks for your reply. 'Incomplete' means that we are not ready to mark
the bug confirmed as described in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HelpingWithBugs, what is in fact a replacement
for 'needs info'. Please don't change that status, unless you know what
you are doing.

So when I answered the question, I changed it back to "new" which was the state
