Still unfixed on vivid with both lxde and unity desktop environments.
Can confirm changing the homepage works. to get rid of this bug but it
is still a papercut.

I figure an appropriate solution might be to have Midori simply bring up
the same default start page that Firefox uses (that is,
start.ubuntu.com) instead of this file that seems to no longer exist.

notice that /usr/share/ exists, but not /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/ .
