I just tested this with 2.6.24-4-generic, amd64, from hardy, and it
appears to be fixed. I will re-open if the problem reoccurs in hardy-
final.

Just updated to Feisty today, and with 2.6.20-12-generic (amd64) I'm
still seeing the same issue, so it looks like it's not fixed in feisty.

Do you mean hibernate, or sleep mode in general? Because I'm not using
hibernation on this system, as it doesn't work at all, I'm just using
the plain ACPI S3 sleep mode. I attempted to use S1 sleep mode, but that
doesn't work at all on this system either (system doesn't go to sleep
when told to, s
Try the Feisty Beta when it is released 3/22 or soon thereafter. There
have been many changes to support hibernate.
