Promotional banner area has small graphical glitch

If that is the gradient issue, then its outside of the control of
software-center so this needs to be reassigned to the theme. Or am I
missing something here?

fwiw - this is not a leakage of the banner area, rather it's the 1px
border of the window which has a gradient applied to it - this gradient
works for apps which have a short toolbar, but for apps like software-
center which have a slightly taller toolbar you get side effects like
this
