It was easiest to reproduce using the Super+Shift+ when that was
the binding for viewport shifting. Now that binding has moved _again_ I
am less sure if its still there or not. No using any special PPAs on
this box, purely whats in the main archive.

alt-tab once
then alt+right arrow
you see the switcher stuck on the screen the cause for that could be
somewhat similar to this one and I believe there are quite a few similar
bugs related as well.

I am unable to reliably reproduce it. I commonly use those Super+
shortcuts to select a window, i believe it is during this that they
appear and get stuck. This occurs a couple of times a day, as yet I
have not determined what I am doing to trigger it exactly.
