thanks for the email.
Unfortunately I don't really understand what xorg etc are, or what is
responsible for the fault. I just reported a problem using a function
installed in the OS.
If it happens again I'll look out for the appropriate 'report a bug' tool.
The report definitely states "
This report does actually show that your system was upgraded from Ubuntu
10.10 to Ubuntu 11.10.
Your description contains 4 separate bugs and one question and none of
them appear to relate to the xserver-xorg-video-ati package. Please use
ubuntu-bug to create separate bugs for each issue to they
