Should I send same report for "kernel 2.6.38-11-generic" that I got the bug ?

I've just sent the 'apport-collect 917559' report from my pc that I had seen
the bug.

Thanks for your bug report. This sounds like a kernel problem since the
bug manifests itself after a kernel upgrade, but we may need a task open
against bluez as well. I'll file this against linux for now and let
someone more informed make that determination. Could you please run
