I'm no longer using saved desktop sessions in Gutsy and using Kopete
autostart with the shortcut. But with a saved session or a fresh session
in Gutsy and Feisty I still experience this. With 2 totally different

Kopete starts because it was running when I shut the computer down
(saved desktop session?). If Kopete isn't started, closed before logout,
it works. KNetworkManager is run as it is default in Kubuntu Feisty, but
it reports "disconnected" as always. I reported a bug on it also, but it
seems it does
if you kill all kopete processes before logout, does this still occur
when you next login? ie, is this a session bug?
Also, do you end up running knetworkmanager, and is that connected?
