I just had a chance to test this on gutsy, and on my system, the print
dialogue still doesn't reappear after using it once. I tested by
printing generic postscript to a file, and then attempting to print
again. The second time, the print dialogue never appears. This is on
amd64.

I'm now running monodevelop-0.12+dfsg-1ubuntu1 on Feisty. With this
version, the postscript print output is correct to file (and I assume
printer, but haven't tested it), but after printing once the print
dialogue will still refuse to show up a second time.
