No, I had not the possibility to test under a new version. So I tryed it
on an other machine.
Until now I used pbuilder and pbuilder-dist with sudo, because pbuilder
creates a directory under /var/cache which is not writeable as normal
user. The pbuilder-dist directory is normally created in the h
[Expired for pbuilder (Ubuntu) because there has been no activity for 60
days.]

Thank you for your report. Do you have a possibility to test a newer
version of pbuilder-dist in combination with nfs? If so, we could
determine whether the problem is fixed by a newer version or not. After
that we could determine what to do next.
