I've updated the system today and when i introduce a sd card into the
slot a led switch on but i have no icon at deskstop neither a
subdirectory at /media/ directory

First of all a should apologise for the delay answering this bug, i
should have answered you lot of time before
i just did
sudo modprobe tifm_sd
and the sd card loaded and works perfectly
I could ask for other cards, i would ask for it, could you tell me what
i should to write?

Since your laptop contains Texas Instruments card reader see if the
