The bug affects me too: 3.2.1-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 11.10.
Stopped receiving updates. going on the accounts window, no account and
empty "add new account for" list, so no possibility to add one back.
Deleting .config/gwibber didn't change anything. Running gwibber-
service, gwibber, gwibber-account
