Sorry, that your upgrade ended in such a mess.
Using third party repositories makes upgrading a lot more diffcult.
Which one did you use?
You could try to get a working with system with the following commands:
"dpkg --configure -a", "apt-get install -f", "apt-get -u dist-upgrade"
and finally an "
