I can confirm the fix suggested by wwguy on lkml fixes the problem on
Ubuntu 12.04. The name of the driver has changed from iwlagn to iwlwifi,
so that needs to be changed in the modprobe file. To summarize here, I
created a file /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf with the line:
options iwlwifi bt_coex_a
