Hi,
Same for me, Toshiba M40X-141, hibernate or supend function does not work, no
error message. The PC does go to "sleep" but impossible to resume, I got a
greenish screen and nothing more on resume. I have to hard reboot.

hi,
mine is hp pavilion dv6, i5, 4gb ram, hibernate fails, no error message!
all lights on keyboard remain on, screen goes blank, when i move the mouse, the
login screen appears asking for login password.
suspend works without any issues.

Same problem here on my Samsung NC10; after hibernating the computer, error
"Not enough swap" appears twice then login password is been requested.
Hibernation worked fine until I upgraded to 11.10.
I noticed that also Xubuntu 11.10 is affected by this bug.

I have the same problem except on a 32-bit system. I have about 3GB of
swap which is about 3x larger than the amount of RAM I have. It only
started after upgrading to 11.10.

Now I have another weird issue. Not able to see if a fix would come along, I
thought of something on the internet. I did follow the instructions in
