Err, that's what the debdiff does.
the libgems-ruby package is the source package which builds the libgems-
ruby1.8 and rubygems binary packages. If you look in 'rubygems.install'
you'll see the bash completion sat there next to the good old gem
command.
Let's get this in before the cut off point
Actually this probably should be done in the rubygems package not the
libgems-ruby since it provides gems. Ill get this into it sometime today

I rebuilt libgems-ruby 0.9.4-1 with the above debdiff patch on my Feisty
box and the completion for the gem command is right there; hope this is
a valid use-case. :)
