Hi Sergio. I'm glad you have solved the problem. After reading
http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/latest/ar01s06.html
I think that %F is better field code than %U (texmaker can open multiple
files but I think it can't open URL files). So I think it's better
change in /usr/share/app
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I've fixed this bug changing the line
Exec=texmaker
to
Exec=texmaker %U
in /usr/share/applications/texmaker.desktop . Honestly I'm not really
sure of what I'm doing, but it works.
