All the machines I have that show this are installed with Lucid from
scratch. There is no upgrade involved.

duplicate of bug 202009, so it is being marked as such. Please look at
I see this on a number of machines, all running Lucid. I haven't tried
to upgrade any of these to post-lucid versions.
