i confirm this bug.i can reproduce this bug the bug.i m attaching a
video with it.i think that if we push up the non-resizeable window with
the top pannel . it dose not shows the options of maximize ( only for
non-resizeable window ).the orange lines should not appear for non
resizeable window.
