This seems to be caused by a call to the section() method from within
ItemChangelog::changelogUrl().

This bug is actually for adept_updater (according to the stack trace).
I can confirm this for adept_updater. I cannot reproduce this issue for
adept_installer (I don't think this feature is applicable to installer).
