deleting the .local folder??? there are alot of other stuff there so
don't do that!!!

That problem come out upgrading to Ubuntu oneiric.
So I solved deleting the .local folder (and the others...), then reinstalling
evolution.
I need to delete the .local folder to resolve the problem, only reinstalling
evolution didn't solve.
I think that the problem was some config file and the c
