I initally marked this as a duplicate of 80545 because the issue is
really the install path and what it uses. Yes, I am aware this is a new
bug that the old one fixed, however, I realize that now. Unmarking and
reopening Bug #80545.

Don't use
Meyer reported it on Debian Bug Tracking System. The bug as fixed by
Bart Martens and the package can be found in Debian unstable repository.
Please update repositories for Dapper-backports, Edgy-backports and
Feisty.

I confirm this bug to be present on Edgy Eft and Feisty Fawn.
Also, all programs that use flash point to library /var/cache
/flashplugin-nonfree/libflashplayer.so .
