This bug is probably a duplicate of Bug #539599 ([153848.46] NETDEV
WATCHDOG: eth0 (sis190): transmit queue 0 timed out).
Symptoms are similiar, the only difference is i can not restore network with
NetworkManager applet, i need to use ifconfig.
I'm new to this, what should i do? Should i mar

i'm running Ubuntu 11.04 64 bit.
If i don't power off system in about a day ethernet often stops working.
NetworkManager thinks it works, and turning network off/on with NetworkManager

Looks like it more likely to happen when Transmission is running.
